Vendor Submissions

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2027 Riot Comedy Festival. This year is setup to be our best yet we are expecting nearly 3,000 unique visitors throughout the weekend are have a wonderful facility at The Gordy (800 Rosine St Houston, TX 77019)  where you can promote your business and sell your products & services indoors in high traffic areas or outdoors as a part of our BBQ Cookoff and into the evening for our comedy programming. 

Here is some basic information:

Each vendor gets a 10'x10' space that includes an 8'x3' Table (can purchase multiple spaces for bigger footprint) We will keep vendors non-competitive first come first serve on each industry. Space is limited! 

1. Load/Unload 12pm-6pm each day of festival
2. Multi-day vendors can leave things setup on grounds as The Gordy will be locked at the end of the night.  
   We offer the following rates to our Festival vendors :
   1. All Weekend Thurs-Sun $150 Wed-Fri (7pm-11pm) and Saturday (2pm-11pm)
3. Saturday Only vendors (outdoor only) $100 - 3pm-11pm

SELECTION PROCESS:

To minimize competition and maximize success for our vendors, we will select no more than two (2) vendors per category. Vendors will be evaluated based on their brand alignment with the Riot Comedy Festival, their ability to help promote the event through their audience and marketing reach, and any existing relationship with the festival.

Final vendor selections will be announced by February 28, 2027. Full Payment will be due March 6th, 2027.
